Low Carbon Steel Shot

Suitable for shot blasting, shot peening blasting, surface cleaning and strengthening

RF Low carbon steel shot Advantages:

Low carbon steel shot are made of new scrap steel with low carbon, low slag, low phosphorus and low sulfur. There is no heat treatment to ensure the hardness of steel shot.

Low carbon steel shot have bainite structure (isothermal transition), bainite structure has strong impact resistance and more stable performance

Best performance (best toughness and impact performance) Hardness 46-50 HRC, high hardness at the same time the lowest consumption

Low carbon steel shot have high toughness and are not easy to break. They can be recycled 4000 times and consume more than 50% less than the same cast steel shot.

Low equipment wear, low carbon steel shot wear caused by the maintenance cost of at least 30% lower than the cast steel shot.

Environmental protection: Dust emissions are reduced by at least 20%.
